Prize draw terms

The promoter

The promoter is CoolTowel. Questions about the draw go to support@cooltowel.com.

Who can enter

The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoter and their immediate families.

How to enter

Enter by submitting your email address through the signup popup on cooltowel.com. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Buying something does not increase your chance of winning. One entry per person per monthly draw. Entries made by an agent, in bulk or by automated means will be disqualified.

Closing date

A draw is held each calendar month. Entries received between 00:00 on the first day of a month and 23:59 on the last day of that month (UK time) go into that month's draw. Entries received after a draw closes go into the following month's.

The prize

One winner per monthly draw receives a CoolTowel 3-pack in the colours of their choice, subject to availability, delivered free to a UK address. The prize is worth £44.97 at our normal retail price. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred. If the prize becomes unavailable we may substitute one of equal or greater value.

How the winner is picked

The winner is picked at random from all valid entries in that month's draw, within five working days of the draw closing.

Telling the winner

We will email the winner at the address they entered with, within five working days of the draw. If we cannot reach the winner, or they do not reply within 14 days, we may draw another winner. On request we will make available the first name and county of each winner (for example "Sarah, Essex") for 28 days after the draw. If you would rather we did not, tell us when you enter.

Your data

Entering adds you to our email list, which you can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. We use your email address to run the draw and to send you marketing until you unsubscribe. We do not sell it. Full detail is in our privacy policy.

Everything else

We may cancel or change the draw, or these terms, where we have to for reasons outside our control. We will not do so to avoid awarding a prize that has been won. Entering means you accept these terms. The draw is governed by the law of England and Wales.
