Thank you for purchasing from Cool Towel.com!

Your Cool Towel is guaranteed to perform as we state, or Hennessy Distributing, LLC will replace or refund your purchase.

IF for any reason you are not satisfied, [within 30 days] simply return any opened/used and ALL unopened Cool Towels for a full refund. To do this, Send an email to andy@cooltowel.com, to receive a RMA# (return merchandise authorization#) and our shipping address. Please include your order number (from your original packing slip) or from your order confirmation email, you'll receive from Andy. We want to know your return is coming.

You are responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for mail not delivered to us, so use any delivery service you choose, but we require some sort of "proof of delivery", if your shipment doesn't arrive. Please write your RMA# on the the return address label/ exterior of your package.

Refunds are issued as:

1) Credit to the original billed credit card number
2) Paypal refund (if it was the original billing account only)
3) We do not issue "cash" refunds. As a last resort, we will issue a check payable to the name of the original purchaser only, (we may request notice of release, especially if a corporate credit card account was originally used, but no longer active.)
4) No payment is made to gift recipients or other 3rd parties.
