Shipping And Returns

We aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours of it being placed. Nothing is packed on a Sunday, so an order placed on a Saturday evening or a Sunday goes out on Monday. If anything is going to hold your order up, we'll email you at the address you used at checkout.

Standard UK delivery is £2.39, and free on orders over £45. Most UK orders arrive within 1 to 4 days of being placed. The product page shows the delivery dates for an order placed today.

Delivery to the US, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean is £4.50. To everywhere else outside the UK it's £7.00. Both are free on orders over £45, and charged in your local currency at checkout. Allow 4 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday) in total: a day for us to pack your order, then 3 to 5 business days with the courier.

For orders to the US, Australia and the UAE, any import duties are calculated and charged at checkout, so you see them before you pay and there's nothing extra to collect on delivery. For other countries outside the UK, your local customs may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These are set by that country, not by us.

When your order is dispatched you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can follow on the courier's website.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll get in touch to arrange sending it again, and a further delivery charge may apply.

If your parcel hasn't arrived by the end of its delivery window, or tracking shows it as delivered and you don't have it, email us at support@cooltowel.com with your order number. We'll chase it with the courier and sort it out with you.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Email support@cooltowel.com with your order number before sending anything back - parcels returned without a return request can't be accepted. Once your return is approved we'll send you a return label and instructions. The full terms are in our refund policy.
